Starter Week is how most families begin: 2 age-appropriate classes so you can feel our coaching, culture, and structure firsthand.

What to Expect
STARTER WEEK, STEP BY STEP:
- Choose your child’s age group when you book.
- Pick any two class days that fit your schedule — ⭐ Starter Week classes are limited per age group.
- Your child will be welcomed, guided, and supported from the moment they walk in.
- Watch how we coach skills, confidence, and self-control—without any pressure.
- What to Bring
Comfortable athletic clothes (loaner uniforms provided), a water bottle, and slip-on shoes. Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and start on time.
Choose Your Age Group
When you click “Book Starter Week,” you’ll choose the appropriate age group on the next page.
Jumpstart (Ages 3–4)
A playful, structured introduction to movement, listening skills, and body awareness. No uniform required. This class is not part of the belt program.
BJJ Ages 5–6
Confidence-building fundamentals taught through age-appropriate methods that match how young kids learn best.
BJJ Ages 7–10
Skill development, focus, and resilience—delivered with the structure and support kids need to thrive.
BJJ Ages 9–16
In depth technique, self-control, and leadership training—designed for growing athletes building strong foundations.

For Starter Week, families can pick any two classes that work best. Once enrolled, children can choose two classes per week that fit your schedule. - Live Class Viewing
All classes are streamed via LiveCAM, allowing parents to observe once enrolled and stay connected with their child’s progress.

Confidence-building and empowering—girls feel strong, capable, and supported, both in and out of the gym, while enjoying quality time with their moms.
Boys Rock (Bring your Dad):
A high-energy session that channels energy into teamwork, respect, and connection between dads and kids.
